What we collect

When you book or request a consultation: your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), age range, the treatment you chose, and the date and time you picked.

When you visit the site: the page you came from, including the ad or campaign link, and general usage data collected by Google Analytics.

When you message us on WhatsApp, Messenger or by email: whatever you choose to send us.

Why we use it

To confirm and manage your booking, contact you about it, and prepare for your visit.

To answer your questions, and to understand which pages and ads bring people to the site so we can improve them.

Who sees it

Our clinic team and call center agents, through our booking system. Our website host and database provider store the data for us. Google Analytics receives usage data. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to handle your booking and any follow-up, and as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission.
